Pugh,
Certainly God can lead when more than one area is morally permissible. God But this demands two questions. First, what do you mean by leading? If you mean "led by the Spirit" then that's not going to help in decision making unless you're making a decision on whether or not to lie or murder or commit some sinful act. Roman 8 speaks about being led by the Spirit, but it's within a context of obedience and not decision making. And the one instance where it says Jesus was led to the wilderness, it does not say how. Second, we must not limit God by saying we must know where he is leading us before he can lead us. I've made decisions where the alternative would be morally permissible, but I can look back and see God working even though I wasn't spiritually directed to go one way or another. God can work through those situations even if we at the time don't know where his sovereign plan directs us to go.
Also, when God does command someone to go somewhere (like Jonah being sent to Nineveh), it is no longer morally permissible to do otherwise because God's command becomes the moral imperative. You would probably say the same; I just wanted to say it for others reading.

Isaac, I think we need to be careful here. Are there times when God will lead a Christian one way rather than another even though both options are morally permissible? Yes. We have to be careful about throwing out the baby with the bathwater here.
